Meetings

To join our Toastmasters club, come along to a meeting, grab a visitors pack and complete the Toastmasters joining form (Form 400) and the Club Willoughby registration form. When you join Chatswood Communicators we also sign you up at Club Willoughby. This registration cost is included in your Toastmasters joining fee.

Meeting Day and Time

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. (see calendar below) 

Our meetings commence at 6:30 PM for a start at 7:00 PM sharp.

The meetings close around 9:30 PM.

We provide a light supper of sandwiches and fruit, with tea and coffee, available from 6:30 PM.

There is plenty of parking available at the club. Click here for a location map.

Please be advised for those travelling by car that you can no longer turn right into Crabbes Avenue from Penshurst Street. To access Club Willoughby from the south, either come via High Street or turn right into Horsley Avenue or Patrick Street and then High Street and Crabbes Avenue.
